Dr Karpa is a world-class ophthalmologist with subspecialty training in glaucoma and oculoplastics. His career path has included roles as a research chemist and army pilot. As an ophthalmologist, he’s proud to have worked in many developing countries, helping to restore sight to thousands of patients who would otherwise be unable to access treatment.
A self-confessed perfectionist, Dr Karpa is not content until his patients find relief from troubling symptoms. The best part of his job is seeing patients after their cataract surgery reading their phones in the waiting room without glasses with a big smile.
